Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, Special Bench(CourtII) (“Hon’ble NCLT”), vide order dated 17.10.2025 served to RP on (11.11.2025) passed in C.P. (IB) No. 631/ND/ 2023, titled as Mr. Radha Raman Gupta. vs. Union Bank of India, has admitted the application filed under Section 94 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“the Code”) and initiated the Personal Insolvency Resolution Process against Mr. Radha Raman Gupta under Section 100 of the Code

APPOINTMENT OF THE RESOLUTION PROFESSIONAL
Further, the Hon’ble NCLT, vide its earlier order dated 17.04.2025, had appointed Mr. Deepak Thukral, the undersigned, as the Resolution Professional in the said matter, in accordance with the provisions of the Code read with the applicable rules and regulations vide order dated.

IMPOSITION OF MORATORIUM U/S 101 OF THE CODE
With the admission of application u/s 100, a moratorium has been commenced in relation to all the debts of Radha Raman Gupta. Pursuant to the imposition of moratorium under Section 101 of the Code, no legal proceedings can continue or be initiated against the personal guarantor in respect of any debt; and the personal guarantor is barred from transferring, alienating, encumbering or disposing of any of his assets or his legal rights or beneficial interest therein.

PUBLICATION OF PUBLIC NOTICE UNDER SECTION 102 OF THE CODE 2016
In accordance with the directives from the Hon’ble NCLT, Special Bench(Court-II), New Delhi, dated 17.10.2025, Order served to the RP on 11.11.2025, a public notice has been published by the Resolution Professional on 13.11.2025 in two newspapers namely Financial Express (English Edition) and Jansatta (Hindi Edition), inviting claims from all creditors within 21 days of the issue of notice. The above public announcement mentions that the last date for claim submission is 04.12.2025.
